Who we are
Somapath is a trading name of Unity Care Networks Ltd, registered in England and Wales.
In these terms, "we" and "us" mean Unity Care Networks Ltd, and "Somapath" means this website and the software behind it.
What Somapath is
Somapath is educational software. It explains anxiety, low mood, ADHD, autism, sleep and NHS routes in England, and it gives you self-help skills and a private pattern log.
Somapath does not diagnose, does not prescribe or adjust medicines, does not provide therapy, and is not a crisis or emergency service. It is not a medical device and it is not a clinical service. See Not medical advice.
Your account
You must be 18 or over to create an account. Keep your password to yourself and tell us if you think someone else has used your account.
One account belongs to one person. If you are supporting someone else, your account is separate from theirs — Somapath never shows you another person's check-ins or notes.
Subscriptions and payment
Somapath has a free allowance and a paid educational software subscription at £14.99 a month or £99 a year. Payments are taken by our payment provider; we never see your full card details.
You can cancel at any time from your account page. Cancelling stops the next payment and you keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for. We do not refund part-used periods unless the law requires it.
If you buy a subscription as a consumer you normally have 14 days to change your mind, but by starting to use paid content straight away you agree that this right ends once access has been given.
How you may use Somapath
You may use Somapath for your own personal education. You may print your own check-in summaries and worksheets to share with your GP or mental health team.
You may not copy, resell, republish or scrape our content, use it to train models, or present it as clinical advice to other people.
Content and changes
Content is written by a UK registered clinician and carries a review date. NHS pathway information changes; always check with your GP or local ICB. We may change, add or remove content and features, and we may update these terms — we will show the new review date here when we do.
Liability
Somapath is provided for education. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for decisions you make about your health, or for loss that we could not reasonably have foreseen. Nothing here limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.
Ending your access
You can delete your account at any time from your account page. We may suspend or end access if these terms are broken, or if the service closes — in which case we will give you reasonable notice and a chance to export your data.
Law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction.
